Renovation of CII East Building (to be renamed Northwest Mutual Building)

Over the past year, Bloomington approved three large improvement projects. All three of these projects are moving forward: the expansion and renovation of our Bloomington Public Library, the O’Neil Pool improvements, and the redevelopment of the CII East Building (to be renamed Northwestern Mutual Building). This last project is a result of a redevelopment agreement between 102 South East LLC and the City of Bloomington.
