About Tom Crumpler
Tom Crumpler was elected to the Bloomington City Council in 2021 to represent Ward 9.
Tom was raised in Louisville, Kentucky. He received his BA from Western Kentucky University and his masters degree from University of Louisville. Tom earned his Ph.D. in Education from The Ohio State University in 1996 and moved to Bloomington/Normal in 1999 as a faculty member at Illinois State University.
Tom and his wife, Kay, live in the Estates of Eagle View.
